I’ve been working in the litigation consulting industry for the past 10 years and recently felt my work needed to take a slightly different direction. I decided to leave the company I was employed with and venture out on my own. I felt in order for me to grow professionally, as well as personally, I needed to leave the security of being an employee behind and create something completely my own. Emerald Litigation Consulting, LLC was born out of the desire to take my work to the next level and provide high quality service that is entirely me.
My consulting approach has always been to look at the big picture. I continually ask myself, “How will a jury react to this?” I’m always surprised at how little things done poorly early on in the course of trial prep become absolute nightmare scenarios in court. My years of experience and countless hours spent in the court room have taught me a lot about the importance of looking ahead. I hope to bring my foresight and positive energy to you and your trial team.
My favorite projects to work on are those where I get involved early on as a graphics consultant and see the case all the way through to verdict. It’s amazing to see all of the hard work the entire team has put into the case and watch it unfold in front of the jury. These longer projects also give me an opportunity to get to know my clients well and develop the lasting relationships I value so much.
